We implement strict quality checks throughout our entire production line, including Mold Creation, Wax Injection, Casting, and Painting. In the field of mechanical manufacturing, we utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to accurately inspect various geometric parameters such as length, diameter, angle, flatness, roundness, and cylindricity of components. For example, in mass production of automotive parts, our CMM systems are used for sampling or full inspection directly on the production line to monitor process stability and prevent defective parts from entering the next stage.
Before leaving our factory, every product undergoes final inspection to verify that it meets both internal standards and customer specifications. This includes visual checks, dimensional accuracy assessments, and functional testing.
